The Clift
High living
The Clift, a stately 43-storey tower, defines a whole new identity to urban living. Consistent with URA’s vision to inject more living population into the city centre, the development is situated on McCallum Street, in the heart of the Central Business District.
The tower is oriented in a north-south direction to maximise the view of the neighbouring landmarks and to minimise solar heat gain. The units provide a functional yet, compact layout to suit varying lifestyles. Non-structural partition walls are set for easy removal, providing an alternative for redefining internal spaces.

Articulating a sense of hill-top minimalist living, the urbane eloquence of the building is expressed through interplay of bold parchments patterns to create a distinctive yet contemporary imagery – an elegant urban sculpture. Designed for maximum flexibility and loft-style living, the development
offers city dwellers a contemporary urban living concept.

Generous ‘communal living rooms’ are provided on the landscaped terraces on the 10th and 31st storeys. On the 10th storey recreation deck, there is a fully equipped gymnasium and spa amenities. This modern playground is carried through to the entertainment and clubhouse areas on the 31st storey.
