Woods Square
Inspired by Nature
As a pioneering office development in Woodlands, Woods Square is designed to create an urban office community, and to lead the transformation of the Woodlands area into a commercial zone.
Dovetailing with the government’s plan to develop a corridor of extensive greenery for the North, Woods Square’s architecture is heavily inspired by nature. Open areas within the development were sensitively crafted to integrate with the adjacent towers and surrounding urban fabric, creating an inclusive and seamless groundscape.
Vistas and view corridors were carved out within the development to visually link key areas in the groundscape, creating a sense of arrival and visual porosity through and around the site.

Woods Square is designed to integrate with the adjacent developments and surrounding urban fabric, creating an inclusive and seamless groundscape.
Its extensive landscaped areas serve as a green lung that cools the development naturally. Sunshading fins and fritted glass on the façade offering shade add to the cooling effect while reducing heat and glare from the sun and consequently, the energy consumption.
Designed to promote socialisation, collaboration and cultivate inspiring ideas, meeting places and business pods at the green sky terraces are dotted throughout the development. Sky terraces are introduced on alternate floors of the Strata Tower as sites of lush respite. The roof deck on all towers is not only furnished with state of the art amenities and discussion spaces but also has a swimming pool and gym.
