Virgo, one of eight office buildings in Bagmane Constellation Business Park, was designed to afford maximum flexibility and functionality, ensuring its responsiveness to the needs and demands of businesses for the long-term. Strategically, the building is conceived as a singular block expressed as a series of interlocking volumes that are organised within a 10.8m X 10.8m structural grid and vertically connected through central cores. Each block is almost equally sized and offers a saleable efficiency of 80%. Through this centralised planning, the building envelope is maximised to allow for greater penetration of natural lighting into the office space and improved views from within. Double-glazed, high-performance curtain-wall systems with fritted and clear vision glazing panels help to reduce thermal heat gain; thereby, delivering better energy efficiency and a more comfortable work environment.   

Bagmane Aquila is a LEED Gold-certified building located in Bagmane Constellation Business Park. It serves as a multi-tenanted IT office building designed for a natural and optimal footprint with richly landscaped plazas and amenity spaces. The idea was to create an office building which incorporates access to the amenities of the business park, which flow from the adjacent open space tucked into the five-storey volume of the entrance area. To do so, a key consideration in the design was the climate of the area which is generally salubrious. The approach to spatial planning takes cognisance of the sun path for the right orientation of the building and the proximity of the lake for natural breeze in the planned outdoor amenity areas. The overall fenestration area is 40% with double-glazed units of high-performance reflective glass providing better thermal comfort.

Ecoworld Campus 30, located at RMZ Ecoworld Techpark, is designed as a contemporary sustainable urban centre with the theme of work-shop-eat-play under one roof. In line with RMZ’s offering of business parks and office developments, Ecoworld Campus 30 is poised to catalyse a new work culture. To create an environment that embodies this vision and theme, the master plan leverages its site advantage. More than half of the available commercial space is afforded scenic views to an adjacent lake. Arranged and designed such that the office blocks maximise site usage, the campus intimately frames a generous green space and urban courtyard, where lifestyle amenities such as F&B stores and high street retail have been integrated. The difference in terrain and height allows for exciting spatial variation, such as a stepped amphitheatre, to be included as one of the project’s landmarks. Overlooking the lake, it provides ample room for and opportunities to cultivate recreational activities and active lifestyles among end-users.

Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India, accounts for some three million IT professionals and more than a third of India’s IT export, essentially forming the backbone of the country's economy. With such growing global presence, Bengaluru is experiencing a rising demand for commercial office developments of international quality. It was against this economic backdrop that the 650,000sqm RMZ Ecoworld IT Park was gestated and realised in just five years. Ecoworld, comprising plots A, B and C and a total of 11 office buildings, was conceived as new urban centre, with a variety of civic amenity spaces such as retail, play courts, clubs, and food and beverage outlets set within landscaped gardens. The design aims to realize RMZ Corp’s aspirations to develop business parks that are environmentally sustainable and yet address the essential needs of the business community.

Solitaire 14 is a contemporary office building situated in the Solitaire corporate park in Andheri, one of Mumbai’s busiest commercial hubs.  The development accommodates a number of multi-national companies and Solitaire 14 is designed to international standards of quality, efficiency and long-term energy sustainability.
