DP Architects’ foray into Turkey began with the Emaar Square master plan, followed by the design of its retail component, the Emaar Square Mall. This retail component is part of the larger Emaar Square, a mixed-use development that comprises office, hotel and serviced apartment units; which are designed by various architecture firms. To further facilitate our work and to serve as a base to reach new markets in the CIS region, we officially established a branch in Istanbul. 

Our Turkey office is led by a team of highly committed and creative professionals. Tapping on DPA’s multidisciplinary approach, unique design methodologies across various project types, strength in large-scale projects and vast experience in project management, we work on both design and management of projects. Adding to this is our knowledge and experience of the industry as well as our attitude to service excellence. Having collaborated with overseas teams and industry consultants on both local and international projects, we give clients the assurance of Singapore’s high standards of work with the understanding of a local company.

To date, the Land of Legends Shopping Avenue in Antalya and the concept design of the Okmeydani Urban Redevelopment Master Plan are also among the list of completed projects by our Turkey branch. We have also been appointed Design Architect for the biggest part of the Haliç Taşkızak Tersanesi Project, one of the most prominent adaptive re-use project of Istanbul. Through these projects, DP aims to gain recognition as a permanent player in the Turkish design and construction sector with the advantage of being an international company with worldwide experience, bringing new values, solutions and a fresh look to the sector. In addition to this, current projects such as the concept architectural design of a headquarters office development in Mirabad District and the pre-concept master plan for Tashkent City, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, expand our experiences and competences in the CIS region and nearby markets.
