A professional consultancy managed by locally registered architects, DP Architects Sdn Bhd is based in Malaysia with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. Like our Singapore-based parent company, DP Architects, we are also founded on a deep-rooted belief in design and service excellence. This spirit of excellence has been and remains paramount in our delivery process. 

 

Over four decades, DP Architects Sdn Bhd has consolidated our resources and developed consummate professionalism in providing holistic design solutions. Our dedicated and competent team is well-equipped to undertake projects of varying scales and complexities and deliver projects in accordance with international quality standards. Beyond architectural design, we also play a key role as a consultant on planning and design issues across a diverse range of building typologies.

Agile Mont Kiara

Agile Mont Kiara, an exclusive urban-chic residential project of 11 high and low-rise towers of over 800 units. The residential towers are located on an environmental deck above three lower-ground car parks, with a comprehensive range of recreational and fitness facilities including, a swimming pool, children’s water play area, indoor golf range and badminton courts.

In conceptualising Impiana Resort Apartments, not only did the designers have to articulate spaces, they had the daunting task of visualising an image for the residences that befits Nusajaya, the administrative capital of Johor Bahru developed under the Iskandar Malaysia master plan. It was integral to the design to consider the prestige of the address and also take advantage of the natural greenery of the site.

Occupying 1.1 hectares of prime land within the serene enclave of Bukit Ceylon at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Verticas Residensi is an upscale development that comprises three 43-storey towers and a five-storey poolside block, offering a total of 308 residential units and 115 serviced apartments.
